Aligning Workforce Transformation with Scope 3 Ambitions

“This blueprint has enabled us to turn the complexity of Scope 3 into clear, actionable pathways by aligning workforce transformation with our sustainability priorities—empowering professionals to drive change internally across functions and externally throughout every tier of the value chain, through data, collaboration, and capability.”

Heidi Barnard, Head of Sustainability of NHS Supply Chain

Developing the workforce at Amey Group

"The Leading with Sustainability course, run with the ISEP, has provided our teams with thought provoking content that has challenged the thinking and behaviours of those that attended. We’ve received positive feedback from attendees regarding the delivery of the sessions and that conversations are taking place across teams regarding their environmental impacts. The Leading with Sustainability course has inspired our leaders to make changes and develop and influence those around them."
