Jo has been with ISEP since 2021 and leads the Corporate Partnerships Team, helping drive ISEP's strategy and overseeing the delivery of impactful results aligned with wider organisational objectives. In her role, also directly manages a number of relationships with key partners across ISEP’s diverse corporate partner portfolio. Jo is passionate about fostering meaningful partnerships with organisations from a wide range of sectors. She is dedicated to supporting ISEP’s corporate partners in building green skills capabilities, empowering them to achieve their strategic goals through tailored training, learning, and upskilling initiatives across all job families. With a BSc Honours Degree in Earth Science and as an Associate Member of ISEP (AISEP), Jo blends her academic background with extensive professional expertise to ensure every partnership contributes effectively to advancing sustainability and environmental goals.
Alan leads on ISEP's relationships with our range of organisational partnerships – from both the public and private sector, along with national and international enterprise partners from a broad spectrum of industry sectors including environmental consultancy, food & drink, retail, manufacturing and the built environment. Alan has a background in marketing and communications and combined with extensive experience of managing effective partnerships is focussed on supporting ISEP’s growing number of corporate partners. Alan regularly talks to partner organisations about the need to build green skills capability across their organisations, supporting their strategic ambitions to deliver training, learning and upskilling across a broad spectrum of job families. Outside of supporting ISEP’s corporate partners, Alan also represents ISEP as an associate member of the City of London Corporation’s, Skills for a Sustainable Skyline Taskforce.
Claire joined ISEP in 2023 supporting the Corporate Partnerships Team as a dedicated Healthcare Partnerships Manager. Claire’s background is rooted in outsourcing consultancies within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Sector, which has equipped her with valuable insights and her diverse experience extends to other areas including account management, recruitment and performance management. Healthcare and the NHS contribute significantly to the UK’s carbon emissions and Claire endeavours to facilitate and encourage their workforces to embrace sustainability, fostering the acquisition of essential skills, and encouraging Professional recognition for those who work within sustainability.
Ciaran joined ISEP at the beginning of 2024 as Corporate Partnerships Manager. Ciaran manages a portfolio of relationships within the ISEP Corporate Partnerships programme, supporting its objectives to grow and build a diverse range of partners to help support its commercial goals. Ciaran has a background in partnerships within the financial services industry, most recently as the B2B Corporate Partnerships Manager at MarkerStudy. Prior to working in corporate partnerships, Ciaran was responsible for driving customer loyalty and creating programmes and processes for both leading retail and high street banking brands.
Helena joined ISEP in June 2025 as Corporate Partnerships Manager, bringing with her a strong background in partnership management, business development and sustainability. Most recently, Helena worked at Manufacture 2030, facilitating strategic collaborations across the renewable energy sector to help global companies reduce their scope 3 emissions. As well as managing many of ISEP's fantastic corporate partners, Helena is responsible for driving the teams business development efforts, ensuring ISEP can support a diverse range of organisations to develop green skills across their workforce.
Carley’s role with ISEP is to ensure the Corporate Partnerships team runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible through operational support and process improvement. By maintaining regular contact and support, Carley aims to ensure a continuing high level of value for ISEP members. Carley has a background in administrative and operational support, with a particular focus on problem solving, system management, and stakeholder communications.
